WhosNext is an application for Apple devices that keeps track of rotating responsibilities within a group of people.

For example, a group of 10 bicycle riders schedules a monthly group ride.  Each month a different member of the group is responsible for selecting a destination and any other preparations.  WhosNext keeps track of who has previously been responsible and who should be responsible next.  If the next person cannot perform the responsibility then someone else can be selected and WhosNext will keep track such that it is easy to tell who should be up next.

WhosNext is a very simple complexity free application.
